Benefits of membership: |
- Members can purchase the neighborhood
directory
- Members can vote on issues that affect you
and your neighborhood
- Members help fund the neighborhood
association, which in recent months has sponsored the following
activities:
- Speed humps
- Bell Court Landscape Plan and purchase
of trees, including applications for matching grants to get more
trees for our neighborhood
- Education of neighbors, such as
inviting the Lexington Police Department to come to the
association meeting and inform us of recent criminal activity in
our are and crime prevention
- Monitoring safety and appearance of
vacant houses in the neighborhood
- The Bell Court Neighborhood website.
- Publishing of the neighborhood
newsletter and directory
- Neighborhood fellowship, including Porch Party, Fourth of July picnic and neighborhood float, Labor
Day Picnic and Dixieland band, Fall Harvest party and more!
- Updating the neighborhood association
