| In 2005,
the Lexington-Fayette County Urban County Government awarded funding to
our Bell Court Neighborhood to be used for neighborhood traffic calming
and for landscape improvements to the Bell House property. Plans for
both projects were meticulously drafted and have been approved by both
city planners and historic preservationists.

format. The Existing Bell Park Landscape is a view of the current
park layout. The Bell Park Master Plan illustrates the proposed
landscape changes. The Traffic Calming Master Plan illustrates
proposed locations for traffic speed humps. You will need Adobe
